Our Story

Our family of three moved to the Baltimore area in 2015, when Parvez accepted a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. We spent countless days searching for a rental property that met our specifications: quality, affordable homes, within reasonable commuting distance from downtown hospitals, and ready for move-in by July 1. We wished that we had a one-stop trusted resource to find housing and evaluate local neighborhoods from a distance.
 
After Parvez completed his fellowship training, we decided to make the Baltimore area our permanent home. We became real estate investors in 2017, purchasing a condo in our own neighborhood. Since then, we've expanded to buying and managing townhomes across Baltimore County. Over the past six years, we've developed a solid real estate investment knowledge base and team. We've done this mainly through self-study, networking, and lots of trial and error. Having the right guidance at the start would have eased our beginners' anxiety and would have spared us from aggravation and uncertainty.

To that end, we've expanded our business model. In addition to being a trusted rental housing resource for Baltimore's physicians-in-training, we offer a 'one-stop shop' for fellow real estate investors.
